I don’t always get asked about where I come from, what being Alaskan Native means to me, or how I bring that into my work. But Paul gave me space to talk about all of it—honestly.

I shared stories about how I first got into makeup, working with artists like Etta James, and where I want to take my brand next. We also talked about the importance of Native visibility in beauty—behind the chair, behind the camera, and behind the scenes.
