2. Appointment & Class Booking Policy

All makeup services and one-on-one classes require advance booking and payment to secure your session. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our makeup services and education offerings, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available for completed services or missed classes. In the rare event that Isaac Meyers must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rebook at a later date.

4. Sanitation & Safety

Client health and safety are taken very seriously. All tools, brushes, and products are sanitized before and after every use. If you have any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions, please disclose this at the time of booking so we can tailor your experience accordingly.

5. Service Limitations

Makeup services are intended for cosmetic purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, under the influence, or exhibits inappropriate behavior.

6. Photography & Portfolio Use

With your consent, before-and-after photos or class content may be used for promotional purposes (such as our website or social media). If you prefer not to have your image shared, simply let us know in writing at the time of your appointment or class.
